eBill

Your premium payments are due on the last day of the month prior to the coverage month. You have three options to pay your monthly premium online.

To pay invoices using eBill 

  1. Log in to your MyWHA Group account
    • If you haven't created an account, it's easy! All you need is your 6-digit WHA Group ID number and the last 5 digits of your tax ID number.  Sign-up now.
  2. From your MyTOOLS tool bar, click on "eBill" and choose "Account Activity". 
  3. Choose your desired payment method of:

    • E-Check - a one time payment from your checking/savings account
    • Credit Card - a one time payment with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card
    • Automatic Payments - have your payment automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month. 

 

To view invoices using eBill 

  1. Log in to your MyWHA Group account

  2. From your MyTOOLS tool bar, click on "eBill" and choose "Invoice and Payment History"
