If you do not have the member's ID number or the subscriber's social security number, call WHA member services to verify eligibility.

View Employee Eligibility. 

  1. Log in to your MyWHA Group account
    • If you haven't created an account, it's easy! All you need is your 6-digit WHA Group ID number and the last 5 digits of your tax ID number.  Sign-up now.

  2. On your Employer homepage, enter either the member's ID number or the social security number of the subscriber. Press Verify
