Join us for Smart Spine, Strong Back, a restorative class focused on recalibrating your spine and strengthening your back. Prolonged sitting can lead to poor posture, spinal misalignment, and increased discomfort, but this class combines gentle stretches, mobility exercises, and mindful relaxation techniques to release tension and improve alignment. You’ll learn effective strategies to enhance posture, reduce discomfort, and promote flexibility, all while seated in your office chair. Reconnect with your body and leave feeling refreshed, aligned, and supported from head to toe.
CommunityFIT Adjusting To Change Toolkit (ACT)
Join our Community to build a personal toolkit of somatic practices that enhance the mind-body connection. These techniques, including breathwork, movement therapy, and body awareness are designed to help you manage stress, navigate grief, and overcome overwhelm and burnout. By incorporating these practices into your daily life, you can release tension, process emotions, and foster resilience, ultimately improving your mental health and well-being.
