Review your benefits and coverage, order ID cards, change your PCP, chat with a nurse, manage your prescriptions, and update your contact information. Individual members can also pay their bill online.
Verify employee eligibility, manage the group's billing and payments, add/remove employees, order member ID cards, and access the group's plan documents.
Access an online quoting tool, verify member eligibility, view commission statements, manage group enrollment, view group billing information, and download sales collateral.
Provider offices can verify member eligibility, access utilization management resources, prior authorization criteria, preferred drug list, policies and guidelines, newsletters and more.
Please note: If you are an employer as well as a member, you will need to request separate access to each account. You will not be able to login to your member account to administer your group account.
