Take Steps: Personal Health Assessment, Set Goals, and Save Money
Here are the steps to kick off 2023 with the help of your WHA plan that keeps your health and well-being in top shape!
Step 1
New this year, the Healthyroads® program is an online health and well-being management tool WHA members can use to do an annual Personal Health Assessment (PHA). It asks a series of lifestyle and health questions. It takes about 20 minutes to complete and at the end, you get a health scorecard that covers five different areas of focus: stress and stress management, diet, activity, sleep, and tobacco use. The scorecard connects you with resources and information to help you create an action plan and improve your score. It’s an opportunity to take stock of where you are, praise yourself for what you are doing well, and identify areas where you need to get back on course.
The PHA can be eye-opening for some people. It gives you a moment to think about what you can do differently to improve over time. You could also discuss your assessment and action plan with your doctor and see what other resources might be available for you to further your health journey.
- Access the Healthyroads® when you sign in to your MyWHA account, you’ll be able to take your PHA under Health & Wellness, then look for Health Resources, MyWHA Wellness button gets you started.
- And...when you complete your Personal Health Assessment, enter to win our gift card giveaway here on Healthyroads webpage.

Now, you can save money on staying fit with the Active&Fit Direct TM program. They're celebrating WHA members in 2023 by waiving the $25 enrollment fee for the Standard Fitness Centers when you choose a gym from among participating locations.
